4. YouTube API Services Compliance

CurateTV uses the YouTube Data API v3 in compliance with YouTube's API Services Terms of Service. By using CurateTV, you acknowledge that:

All video content displayed is sourced from YouTube and remains subject to YouTube's terms
CurateTV is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google
YouTube content is subject to copyright owned by the respective channel creators

5. YouTube API Key

If you provide your own YouTube API key to use CurateTV, you are responsible for:

Keeping your API key secure and not sharing it with others
Complying with Google's API usage policies and quota limits
Any costs or consequences arising from your API key usage

6. Intellectual Property

The CurateTV interface, design, and curation are owned by CurateTV. All video content displayed through CurateTV remains the intellectual property of the respective YouTube channel owners. CurateTV claims no ownership over any YouTube content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CurateTV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all channels will be available at all times. Channel availability depends on YouTube's API and individual channel settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

CurateTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to access content.

9. Third-Party Content

CurateTV displays content from YouTube channels. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of individual videos or channels. Users are responsible for their own viewing choices and for ensuring content is appropriate for their situation.
